I’m a brand and communications consultant based in Copenhagen.
I hold 10+ years of experience working with leading companies across the food industry, including celebrity chefs, global restaurant groups and consumer products. I hold a postgraduate degree in Food Studies from New York University, where my research explored the hospitality industry’s role within our food system.
Me earliest foray into hospitality took place in 2000 when I hosted a themed dinner party for a handful of close friends and family.
I was 8.
